Snow Leopard Salvation

This is the "Snow Leopard Salvation" served at the Nomad Lounge at Disney's Animal Kingdom!

Ingredients

  • 4 Mint Leaves Use 1 for garnish if desired
  • 1 ounce Vodka
  • 1 ounce Pear Liqueur We substituted sour apple liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Lime Juice
  • 3 ounces Ginger Beer
  • Fancy Straw! This is optional!

Instructions

  1. Place mint leaves, vodka, pear (or apple) liqueur,and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add ice, shake, add ginger beer.

Serve in a tall glass over ice and garnish with mint.
