Speaker ATo our new passengers.
Speaker AAloha and welcome aboard.
Speaker AHey everybody, thanks for joining us on Tim Scott.
Speaker AScott joined by his lovely wife Dawn.
Speaker AAnd we're here with a big announcement today because we're very excited for a show we've been waiting to do for, I think, months now.
Speaker BWe have.
Speaker AYou never know when these shows are going to come out because we don't know when the itineraries are going to come out for Disney Cruise Line.
Speaker BWe thought they might have come out earlier this year, earlier this summer, but they didn't.
Speaker BAnd then all of a sudden, boom, boom.
Speaker BThey make the announcements and drop the itineraries for next fall and early spring of 2028.
Speaker BSo we're looking at some new and exciting itineraries for the fall of 2027.
Speaker AYeah, we're just going to talk about these real quick before we get to the group cruise.
Speaker AJust so you know, there's other cruises out there if you'd like to book anything.
Speaker AAnd remember, remember, you can always book through resortroottravel.com Please do.
Speaker BWe would love to meet you.
Speaker BWe're great at answering any questions and getting you what you need.
Speaker ASo fun.
Speaker BIt is.
Speaker BWe love doing it.
Speaker BSo if you're even thinking about booking, please look us up.
Speaker BBut the big news is the Disney Wish is going to New York for a couple of sailings.
Speaker AThat was the least surprise that they've released because they accidentally had it on the website for a while and everybody saw it on the Internet and they posted it everywhere saying it looks like it's coming to New York.
Speaker BAnd ta da, it is.
Speaker AIt finally confirmed it today.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BSo they'll be visiting Bermuda, which I think is super exciting.
Speaker BThey've not gone there before, have they?
Speaker BI don't know.
Speaker AI don't think so.
Speaker BOr maybe they.
Speaker BBut early on it's been a long time.
Speaker AIt's been at least four years since they were even in New York City.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker AAnd the Wish being in New York City, I think is going to be a great ship for New York City.
Speaker BOh, absolutely.
Speaker BIt is.
Speaker BThat'll be great.
Speaker AThat'll be awesome.
Speaker AFor those of you who love the Panama Canal cruises, that's coming back next year.
Speaker BFabulous.
Speaker AThat's exciting.
Speaker A14 Night repositioning San Diego to Galveston.
Speaker AThere's going to be more Galveston news coming up real quick.
Speaker AWe just want to gloss over these real quick Florida highlights.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BThe Destiny is moving to Port Canaveral.
Speaker BYeah, that's exciting.
Speaker BThey're gonna do anywhere from three to seven Nights depending do some Bahama itineraries and some Western Caribbean itineraries.
Speaker BSo that'll be good.
Speaker BWe haven't been on the Destiny yet but we think we'd like to give her a try at some point.
Speaker AI think so.
Speaker AI really like to see the Lion King restaurant.
Speaker BI would too.
Speaker BI really, really, really.
Speaker BWe love the Frozen on the Wish and we super love Coco on the Treasure.
Speaker BThat was amazing.
Speaker BOh, we loved Coco.
Speaker BThat was great.
Speaker BTreasure still our.
Speaker BOne of our ships that we love.
Speaker AIs still plugging and wait the seven days.
Speaker BIt is still eastern, Eastern, Western, you know, back and forth.
Speaker BSo Treasure, that's where the cocoa restaurant is that we absolutely love.
Speaker BSo yep.
Speaker AAnd I will say the both the Treasure and the Destiny have the Haunted Mansion parlor.
Speaker BThey do.
Speaker BAnd that's a great, great bar.
Speaker AThose are great.
Speaker AThose are great.
Speaker BMy goodness.
Speaker BSo good.
Speaker BA lot of fun.
Speaker APoor New York's hitting the Hyperspace Lounge on the Wish.
Speaker ABut yeah, that's okay.
Speaker AWe talked about that already.
Speaker ASo let's see the Disney fantasies.
Speaker ASailing from Bermuda to Fort Lauderdale for the first time for the eight night voyage that visits both Lukaki and Lighthouse Point.
Speaker AExciting eight day cruise.
Speaker AHonestly fantastic.
Speaker BAnything and long cruises.
Speaker BLove them.
Speaker BAbsolutely love them.
Speaker AAnd then Disney Cruise Line also returning to, well, San Diego and Galveston.
Speaker AThey're both going to offer three to seven night Baja and Mexican Riviera cruises.
Speaker AThis I love is that the Disney Magic is also doing the eight night cruise to the Bahamas.
Speaker AThat's including stops at island, their islands.
Speaker BThat's exciting because those islands aren't anywhere close there.
Speaker AThey're not.
Speaker AThat's why they're longer of a cruise.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker ABut for the people in Galveston to get over to the actual Caribbean, get out of the Gulf of Mexico.
Speaker BYeah, that's exciting.
Speaker BSo and then the Disney Wonder is going to make a stop at Catalina island on one on their cruise.
Speaker AI would still love to see Catalina.
Speaker BWe need to like look into that.
Speaker AIt seems like a very huge version of Put In Bay.
Speaker AFor those of you in the Ohio or Great Lakes region, if that's wrong, let me know.
Speaker ALike I said, I haven't been there but I really want to go.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BThe adventure I think is still going to be doing their same three and four night.
Speaker BBut they added a port stop.
Speaker AThey did, if I'm pronouncing it right.
Speaker ALangkawi, Malaysia.
Speaker BYeah, I don't know how to pronounce it.
Speaker AI don't either.
Speaker BBut apparently this port offers access to like rainforests and beaches along with the scenic Coastline.
Speaker BSo that could really enhance the adventure, you know, appeal to have an actual port stop and not just do days at sea.
Speaker AIt could.
Speaker AI think that's a great move for people in Singapore going on the cruise.
Speaker BSure.
Speaker ABut if you're coming from, you know, around here, you want to at least do one back to back on the adventure.
Speaker AIf you're going to spend all the money on Earth Fair to get out there, at least do one because you know, a three and a four night cruise after a 24 hour flight or whatever it is would just kind of be.
Speaker BNo, not only that, the Adventure is such a huge ship.
Speaker BYou just couldn't see everything in that short amount of time.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AYou can't even do all the restaurants on a three or a four day.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BSo you got to do bit longer there.
Speaker AAnd Disney Cruise Line always likes to point out they're still doing holiday sailings every year.
Speaker BThey are.
Speaker BWe did a maritime cruise on our first Wish cruise.
Speaker BThat was our first group cruise.
Speaker AThat was awesome.
Speaker BIt was, it was beautiful because they had the Christmas decorations up, the gingerbread house, the Christmas tree lighting, Christmas music.
Speaker APlaying in the hall for us.
Speaker BIt was wonderful, beautiful.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BAnd then in September and October on select sailings, they're doing Halloween on the high seas.
Speaker AWe've not done that one yet.
Speaker BWe have not done that.
Speaker BBut I hear it's a pretty amazing with the character meet and greets in their Halloween costumes.
Speaker BAnd a highlight is meeting the Sanderson sisters.
Speaker AOh, they're great.
Speaker BSo yeah, I think that would be pretty cool.
Speaker BAnd now for the big announcement.
Speaker ADrum mail please.
Speaker BWhen is our group cruise and on what ship?
Speaker AThe Resort Loop group cruise number three.
Speaker BWe're so excited.
Speaker AWe're so excited.
Speaker BWe went back and forth a lot when we saw the itineraries.
Speaker BAs a matter of fact, that's all we've been talking about today is which itinerary, which ship, what dates and we narrowed it down to our last two group cruises were on Wish class ships.
Speaker ACorrect.
Speaker BAnd we thought we would like to do a different class ship.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker BAnd I think the one that worked best, hopefully for everybody will be on the Disney Fantasy.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker BWe love, love, love the Fantasy and the Dream because We love their 4e category, their extended veranda.
Speaker BYes, love that.
Speaker BSo we settled.
Speaker BWe're going to be on the Disney Fantasy.
Speaker BWant to tell the date?
Speaker AI do.
Speaker AFrom September 24th to the 29th.
Speaker AYeah, it's a five night cruise.
Speaker AIt's probably, I think, well, it is the longest cruise that you could get on the Fantasy.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BFantasy's doing shorter ones at that time of year.
Speaker BBut the great news is it stops at both of their private islands as well as Nassau.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker BSo that's exciting.
Speaker AThat's wonderful.
Speaker AAnd it's in September, which means Epcot Food and Wine.
Speaker AYep.
Speaker ATack on a few days before or after and.
Speaker AOr after.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker ASo we'll be doing one of those.
Speaker AI don't think we'll be doing both of those, but we'll do some.
Speaker AWe'll do some.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BEither before or after.
Speaker BYeah, for sure we will.
Speaker AThat will be announced later, but this is definitely the group cruise coming up on the Fantasy.
Speaker BSo exciting.
Speaker BPlease join us.
Speaker BWe would love to have you join us.
Speaker BWe can't wait to see old friends that we've had before with us on the group cruises and hope to meet some new friends.
Speaker BWe have a great time.
Speaker BWould probably encourage you.
Speaker BIf you're even thinking about it, go ahead and, you know, put your deposit down.
Speaker BBecause we like to do early dining or main dining, which is at 5:45, it's in the evening, versus late dining, which is usually about 8, 15ish or so.
Speaker AYeah, they always say it's within a.
Speaker BYeah, 15 minute radius.
Speaker BBut main dining is the one that usually sells out the quickest.
Speaker BAnd you don't have to join us for dining.
Speaker ACorrect.
Speaker BBut we absolutely love to have everybody with us at dinner time.
Speaker BIt just makes for a great time, great conversation.
Speaker ALike to hear about what everybody else did during the day.
Speaker AYou know, if there's kids with us, what they did during the day, that's always fun.
Speaker BSo you don't have to dine with us.
Speaker BYou can certainly have your own table or, you know, dine late, if that's what your preference is.
Speaker BYou can still join our group cruise.
Speaker BWe would just love to have you and meet you.
Speaker BIf you can't make it for this group cruise, but you're thinking about a different Disney cruise, look us up over@resortlooptravel.com and we'll be glad to hook you up with your cruise.
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker AAnd to be a part of this group, you actually also have to book through resortlooptravel.com I'm sure everybody knows that, but I always like to put it out there.
Speaker BOh, for sure.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BSo please come and join us.
Speaker BWe would love to see everybody.
Speaker AWe're so looking forward to this.
Speaker AIt's been so long.
Speaker BAnd those of you with kids that worry about school, 100% feel you.
Speaker BI am a retired teacher and honestly, most teachers, I would hope, feel the same way I feel that while it is hard to get makeup work and stuff together for the kids, the experiences the kids are going to have, first of all, just with their family and having those family memories and family bonding, you cannot replicate that in a classroom.
Speaker BAnd to go out and experience the world and see new places and do new things, you just cannot replicate that in the classroom.
Speaker BSo I was always 100%.
Speaker BIf these kids get to go on vacation, they get to spend family time.
Speaker BGo.
Speaker AEspecially when they're young, before they get into sports and all the school activities you can't get out of.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BThat's hard.
Speaker BThat gets harder when they're older.
Speaker BFor sure.
Speaker BManageable, but definitely harder.
Speaker AAnd did we mention this is a Halloween on the high seas cruise?
Speaker BWe didn't.
Speaker AI'm so excited for this, too, because I've never seen a ship decorated for Halloween.
Speaker BMe either.
Speaker AI'm thinking maybe we'll have to have a Resort Loop costume contest.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BYou're on your own there.
Speaker AI can be on my own.
Speaker AI'm gonna dress up.
Speaker ABut we'll at least have to maybe judge.
Speaker BWe have had to do costumes every single year since I was a teacher.
Speaker BAnd honest to Pete, it gets so hard.
Speaker BThankfully, at the last 12 years that I taught, we were at our new building and most of the grade levels just got together and did a group costume, which made it a little bit easier.
Speaker BBut I'm pretty over the costumes.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker BWell, maybe I'll pull one out.
Speaker BI don't know.
Speaker AWe got some time.
Speaker AThis is until next September 24th to the 29th of 2027.
Speaker BBut if you want to dress up, we would love to see it.
Speaker AWe want to see it.
Speaker AWe want to post it.
Speaker AWe'll put it in the group.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BSounds great.
Speaker AThat's the exciting announcement for the Resort loop Group Cruise 3.0 on the Disney.
Speaker BFantasy Friday through Wednesday, September 24th through the 29th.
Speaker BHalloween on the high Seas.
Speaker BBook us up over@resortlooptravel.com we'd love to help you out.
Speaker AYou nailed that.
Speaker BThank you.
Speaker AWe would like to help you out.
Speaker ASo once again, look us up.
Speaker AI'm Tim Scott, joined by his lovely wife, dawn.
Speaker AThis has been resortloop.com the Gateway to the magic.
Speaker BSee, everybody.
